Daily operations consist of mixing, transferring, staging, and storing materials, along with operating various line positions, maintaining inventory, achieving quality standards, and maintaining and improving safety performance.
The ideal Coating Operator will have previous experience in operating high-speed, continuous web processing equipment; in chemicals mixing/blending operations; performing Quality Control testing and judging product quality.
The typical schedule for this position is 2-2-3, 5:45 PM - 6:15 AM Night shift. (May train on day).
The pay rate is $12.50 - $13/hr

Requirements:
High School Graduate or equivalent; have direct experience in adjusting, changing, and replacing production process components (i.e. machine parts); have experience operating high-speed, continuous production machinery; have experience in production data entry / work order completion in an ERP system; be able to lift 50 pounds; be able to work overtime and holidays; have a good attendance/safety/behavioral record; be willing and able to wear air-purifying respiratory protection equipment, as needed
