Account Executive

•B2B Outside Sales
•Generate revenue by procuring new customers through prospecting and face-to-face meetings
•Meeting with C - Level Executives (Owner, CEO, President, CFO)
•Administer concurrent sales initiatives from proposal stage through customer acceptance and implementation
•Achieve defined sales goals and development standards required to attain the next level of career advancement
Training and Development:
At Worldwide Express, we believe supporting our Account Executives (AE's) through best-in-class training and development. New Account Executives are provided both formalized classroom training as well hands-on mentoring in the field.
Job Requirements: •Desire to succeed in the Business world
•Bachelor Degree, ideally in communications, business, marketing and / or management
•0-3 Years of relevant sales experience
•Outstanding collaboration and communication skills at multiple levels
•Comfortable in a fast paced, results oriented environment
•Exceptional written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
•Strong customer-facing, presentation and negotiation skills
•Reliable mode of transportation
Compensation:•Base Salary - $28k (1st year A/E's can expect to make about $40-45K overall)
•Monthly Commission – residual structure & uncapped
