ARINC started as a commercial avaition communications provider and grew additional lines of business in the air and transit industries. The Pittsburgh operation provides security solutions in tunnels, bridges etc (close circuit TVs, cameras, etc). They also work with nuclear power plants providing the same solutions.

ARINC is looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to support the Security Systems departments in Pittsburgh, PA, with secondary support for systems located in Annapolis, MD and Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will develop and implement cyber security/information assurance solutions, track regulatory requirements, develop procedures to implement the requirements, perform cyber risk assessments, and make recommendations to reduce risks.
 
Other duties include:
• Perform audits to ensure compliance to program requirements and regulations, perform drills, and interface with regulators and other departments.
• Configure, operate, and maintain cyber security equipment and software including but not limited to antivirus software, firewalls, SIEM devices, and network intrusion detection systems.
• Design and configure secure system networks, hardware platforms, software platforms, plant specific applications, services and protocols for plant security computer systems.
• Lead and conduct security audits, vulnerability scans, network scans, and penetration tests against critical systems. He/she will perform cyber security incident response.
• Develop cyber security policies, procedures, and training.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Required Experience:
• (3) Three or more or more years experience in the field of information technology performing complex analysis, consulting, and providing recommendations.
• Knowledge of industry cyber security standards such as: NIST 800-53, NEI 08-09, RG5.71 and NERC CIP.
• Experience with configuring, operating, and maintaining cyber security equipment including but not limited to firewalls and network intrusion detection systems.
• Assist in the design and configuration of secure plant networks, operating systems, hardware platforms, software platforms, plant specific applications, services and protocols for plant security computer systems, and system control and data acquisition systems (SCADA).
 
Other qualifications include:

Current Need:
The MediMart Field Sales Specialist (MFSS) will perform sales and service related activity for designated customer accounts within the East Pennsylvania territory (3-hour radius from Philadelphia, PA). The MFSS will work closely with the Field Support Manager to perform responsibilities outlined below. The MFSS will travel to facilities to perform the following services no less than once per month for designated MediMart Accounts.
Position Description:
Responsible for the sale of certain products or services.  Duties involve direct one-to-one communication with customer or client.  Performs field promotion work and develops new accounts.  Demonstrates products and/ or services and provides assistance in the best application of product or services.  Answers all questions concerning products or services and refers questions as necessary.  May coordinate company product support (including technical engineering support) and services to ascertain customer's needs.  May close transactions and take orders.  May estimate time and sales expenses expected and submit to management.  Investigates product/service warranty claims to ensure resolution within marketing policies.  May analyze records of present and past sales, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred.  Interprets accounts, trends, and records to management.  Sells to new and present clients.  Contacts prospects and explains features and merits of products or services offered, utilizing persuasive sales techniques.

Main responsibilities include the following:
* Dedicate time required to learn MediMart practices, standards, etc.
* Ensure customer is familiar with MediMart services and Part B program. 
* Perform field support functions related to MediMart.  Ensure that field support protocols are followed and residents are properly enrolled in the program.
* Complete the initial patient and order set up process for new accounts.
* Complete the monthly re-order process for established accounts.
* Collect required information to add new patient to or delete patients from MediMart's product orders.
* Compile required information for billing services.
* Review the monthly product reorder guide prepared by MediMart for designated facilities for completeness, accuracy and consistency with current individual patient treatment orders and communicate by fax or phone to MediMart service center personnel any additions, deletions or corrections.
* Visit designated MediMart accounts 5-10 days prior to the anniversary date.
* Initiate product orders by fax or phone to MediMart service center personnel.
* Review product reorder reports from MediMart to facility for accuracy and complete any necessary returns or reorders; and address any service issues.
* Assess product inventory at Facility and report any overage or deficiency by fax or phone to MediMart service center personnel.
* Introduce new sales programs and products to customers as launched by the company.  Meet or exceed expected sales goals.  Complete any required sales forms or call reports to indicate results as required by FSM.
* Identify new sales opportunities and communicate to FSM.
* Perform such other services as requested by the field support manger, territory manager, service center personnel or other MediMart personnel as is necessary to support MediMart programs at Facility. 
* Service time expected to be approx. 80-90%.  Selling time expected to be approximately 10-20%.
Minimum Requirements:
2 years customer service and sales related experience to include account maintenance experience.  Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Additional Knowledge/Skills:
Experience with reimbursable Medicare products preferred.
Understanding of Medicare Part B enteral medical policy and nursing home dietary operations preferred.
Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.
Education:
4-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
Physical Requirements:
General Office Demands.  Must be able to travel daily via automobile within a 3-hour radius.

Maintain availability for several rotating positions: on-call scheduled to meet 24/7/365 coverage, including weekends and holidays; evening work hours as well as other daily triage roles.
Maintain capacity to travel approximately 5-10% of the time
Minimum Requirements:
2+ years product applications support experience
Strong knowledge of relational database, networking, and programming concepts, specifically: SQL Server 2000/6.5 and Windows Server.  Exceptional customer service skills and sound communication skills

Job Description:
Laboratory Assessors perform on-site evaluations of construction materials testing (CMT) laboratories located in all fifty states, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Guam.  This is a full-time, entry-level position that offers a unique opportunity to travel.  Sorry, no co-ops or internships.  Assessors inspect each laboratory’s testing equipment, observe demonstrations of testing procedures, and review quality management system documentation.  A closing meeting is then held to review all findings.  Construction materials currently included in the scope of our programs are asphalt, aggregate, soil, metals, plastic pipe, and fire-proofing materials.

We provide rigorous training – no prior CMT experience is required.  A four-year degree in science or engineering is required.  However, equivalent and relevant experience will be considered in lieu of the education requirement.  Other requirements include a valid state driver’s license with a sound driving record, strong oral communication and technical writing skills, willingness and ability to travel independently and extensively (at least 110 days per year, two or three continuous weeks at a time), and the ability to drive at least 400 miles per day (on occasion).  Previous customer service experience is a plus.
 
The AMRL office is located in a brand new facility in Frederick, MD as of November 14, 2011.  Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Frederick.
