Road Trips to the Real World - Register This Week

WHERE WILL YOU BE DURING JANUARY BREAK?
If you will be in Pittsburgh or the Northeast, I encourage you to take advantage of the Road Trips to the Real World program, a series of employer site visits from January 3 - 11, 2013. The registration period has been extended, and now ends this Friday, December 7. This is a prime opportunity for you to get your foot in the door, literally, of participating employers. For more information and to register, visit www.eace.org.
At each site, you will get an in-depth look at how the organization operates and see firsthand the potential jobs that are available. You will also network with employees and get a head start on your career choice. This is an opportunity you do not want to miss!
Who: Students who are interested in exploring career field opportunities. Open to any student attending a college or university that is a member of the Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers (EACE) – including Penn State.
What: An opportunity for students to learn first hand about a career field, network with employees and explore internship and job opportunities.
Where: Multiple locations in Pittsburgh and points all over the U.S. Northeast region (Boston, Buffalo, Hartford, Philadelphia, New York, Portland, and Washington, DC, just to name a few).
When: Registration is open until Friday 12/7. Site visits take place from January 3 - 11, 2013. View the schedule and register at www.eace.org. (Select Programs & Services from the menu bar, then click Road Trips on the left navigation)
