POSITION: Ticket Sales Internship (Spring)
REPORTS TO: Manager, Ticket Sales and Service
SUMMARY:
This
internship will assist the Ticket Sales Department (Premium, Retention,
New Business and Group Sales) with various season and off-season office
tasks, as well as game day responsibilities. The intern will also
support the sales team with developing marketing and sales materials and
managing the distribution of this material to potential customers that
have been targeted through market research. In addition to learning the
basics of our main ticketing systems (CRM and PVE) the intern will
update customer information and learn the programs. The intern will
assist the sales staff at events hosted at the ball park and off site
include (not limited to): Season Ticket Holder Events along with Group
and Premium events.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited institution.
• Candidates majoring in Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, Business or related area.
• Junior, Senior of graduate level.
