Job Description

• Process scheduled routines that are standard and present few problems or complexitites
• Operates console based on standard procedures
• Adds to repertoire of processing compentence by working with more experienced operators
• Monitor and process daily automated schedules
• Creating incident tickets for all production problems
• Producing shift logs and proper verbal turnover to next shift

Required Skills

• Must have High-School level reading and math plus introductory computer skills training
• Entry-level job requiring beginning levels of computer literacy from classroom or personal experience
• Working knowledge of at least one operating system
• Experience with different types of media including: 3480s, 3490s, QIC, and 8mm is desired
• Computer room environment experience, any PC/MAC experience helpful
• Good communication skills and problem solving abilities
• Help desk experience helpful
• Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends as required
