Executive Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
*The Executive
Administrative assistant provides secretarial, schedule management and related
service to the assigned Executive, as well as administrative support to the
executive's subordinate staff when high profile assignments are delegated.
*
Serves as the initial contact between the corporation and its varied publics,
and must be able to respond to, and anticipate, key issues and concerns.
*
Works independently to support the executive and team on various activities and
in anticipating needs to support events, meetings and related matters
*
Provides guidance on organizing communication, administrative processes and the
office environment
* Assists the Executive with administrative details,
usually of a confidential nature.
* Completes administrative work and
continuing projects; reviews and prioritizes information received for the
consideration of the principal, addresses and answers inquiries and
solicitations, collects and prepares information for use in executive
meetings.
* Provides executive secretarial support as required to support the
communication or presentation needs of the principal when not delegated
elsewhere.
* Flexibility with availability outside normal business hours to
support the business (may require weekends or evenings
occasionally)
