The IT Project/Portfolio Management Co-op job responsibilities will vary depending on the student’s education, skills, and placement. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
• Participate in and record details of meetings requirements meetings held and lead by Portfolio Managers and internal Customers.
• Facilitate, schedule and participate in the Resource Review process.
• Assist with developing, preparing and distributing reports for the Project Management/Portfolio Management teams, using internal and 3rd party systems and MS Office tools.
• Develop, update and maintain departmental intranet content – BSC, Capital Planning, PPM website (for project management and related processes).
• Assist Portfolio/Project Managers with project management tasks where needed.
• Assist with following through on details of internal needs (such as process documentation/guidelines/flow regarding capital process, or PPM process, etc.) as well as, occasionally, addressing external needs, such as facilitating updates to capital plan, or compiling documentation and/or website for presenting this process to customers, to clear presentation of our alignment with customers or how request should be initiated

Job Requirements:
• Candidates must be a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business-related discipline.
• Candidates must have completed or be working towards completion of their sophomore year and be in good academic standing.
• Candidates must be willing to work one of two schedules: two semesters at 16-20 hours per week followed by one summer of 40 hours per week or one semester of 40 hours per week plus one summer of 40 hours per week.
• Candidates must be a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business-related discipline.
