Description	Highmark is looking for highly motivated individuals who want to join a market leader and get a jumpstart on an exciting career in information technology. This entry-level position is for those wanting to embark on a career in project management. Applicants must possess an ability to work with detailed technology information.   This position may be responsible for the following: * Provide project management, leadership, and delivery for one or more projects within the constraints of time, scope, quality, and cost. * Perform core project management activities, including project schedule development and tracking, scope management, budget management, project status reporting, issue and risk management, contingency planning, and project communications. * Oversee the development, quality, and delivery of all project deliverables. * Develop and maintain customer relationships. * Provide leadership and direction to project teams comprised of internal and external team members, team members located across long distances, and both technical and business resources. Job Requirements: * Must have US citizenship. * Must have achieved an overall GPA of 3.0 in their most recently completed degree program. A GPA of 3.5 is preferred. * A 4-year degree is preferred but not required. Individuals with an associate degree or have graduated from a technical school are also eligible.
