Description	Highmark is looking for highly motivated individuals who want to join a market leader and get a jumpstart on an exciting career in information technology. This entry-level position is for those wanting to embark on a career in quality assurance focused on software engineering. Applicants must possess an ability to work with detailed technology information.   This position is responsible for the following: * Plan, develop, analyze, and invoke critical processes around software engineering. * Develop enterprise level test strategies and designs to support strategic initiatives, enterprise technologies, and business processes. * Conduct required testing of business application changes, such as functional, parallel, regression, and user acceptance testing. * Collaborate with project teams to ensure established quality goals are incorporated into the business solution and achieved. * Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in application testing and SDLC processes. Job Requirements: * Must have US citizenship. * Must have achieved an overall GPA of 3.0 in their most recently completed degree program. A GPA of 3.5 is preferred. * A 4-year degree is preferred but not required. Individuals with an associate degree or have graduated from a technical school are also eligible.
