Entry-Level Engineering Career Opportunity
Gain the skills, knowledge, and exposure necessary to advance your career through this unique opportunity, the Engineer Trainee rotational program. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to develop essential skills in several different areas of the company. After learning about how the entire company operates, you will gain an understanding of how each area impacts the others. This knowledge will enable you to help implement more successful solutions within different functions.
The Rotational Program
Basic Qualifications:
•Graduating senior OR already have completed the required degree
•Must be willing to relocate to a manufacturing location upon completion of the program
•Cumulative GPA should be at least 2.5
Learn the different areas and processes within the company. Learn to speak the language of the plant floor and gain insight into the culture and job functions of employees. Learn all aspects of the manufacturing process and functions of the business as a whole. When you begin this program, your job is to learn!
Education
•You must be a graduating senior or already have completed the required degree. For the engineering program, this would include Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.

Training
•Extensive training through all disciplines that allows you to gain a thorough understanding of the plant by learning how each department works together and impacts one another

•Lead and participate in projects of increasing size and scope
•Supervise people
•Begin working on your Continuous Improvement Project, typically within your specific discipline, to help drive changes to the factory in a resourceful way
•Opportunities to travel to other locations/plants and complete training segments in other discipline-specific areas
•Complete your Continuous Improvement Project
Program Completion
After the completion of the training program, the individual will be assigned to a position/location within one of the companies where there is the best “fit” with the person’s capabilities, talents and the needs of the company.
