Job Description
Summary:  The primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for learning and assisting user support requests, learning and assisting with computer hardware and software set up; assisting with resolving problems with software products and systems; assisting in designing, running and monitoring software tests on new/and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors and isolating areas for improvement and general debugging; and understanding and assisting with software and hardware inventory management.
Required Experience
Qualifications:  Must be currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in an accredited college/university in the Information Technology field and working towards an Associate or Bachelor level degree.  Holding a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA is preferred but not required.   The ability to maintain confidentiality, possess strong written and verbal communications; proficient with computers and have general knowledge of Microsoft Office software; networking experience a plus.  The position requires the completion of college credits equaling to or above a sophomore class level and the ability to work 5-10 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
