Steel is looking to hire a Marketing Analyst to research market conditions and
conduct feasibility studies to determine market demand for existing and new
products and services. This is an
immediate need for a motivated team player.
Applicants
must have a strong desire to learn and accept additional responsibilities that
may be offered. Candidates must possess
strong organizational skills, have excellent verbal and written communication
skills, and be computer literate.
Individuals must be able to work independently on assigned tasks as well
as accept direction on given assignments.
Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and 5
years of field experience.
Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct marketing studies on current and new product concepts, and provide feedback for future product development;
- Gather, analyze and compare competitor data and pricing to that of the organization;
- Identify market potential, establish pricing and market strategies, estimate potential sales, introduce market and distribution channel issues;
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue objectives in major markets;
- Coordinate product introduction and market exploitation with sales organizations to ensure maximum penetration of market segment;
- Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions; and
- Maintain market intelligence database and use technology to examine, analyze and compile statistical data;
