Customer Service/Sales Engineer

As an inside customer service/sales engineer representative
will be working with customers via email, fax and phone to provide all aspects
of Customer Service. This will include checking order status, scheduling
orders, providing technical assistance and other requests from customers. Key
function is to prepare estimates to manufacture parts out of tungsten carbide
per customer requirements. Responsible to ensure all customer orders are accurate
and complete.
Must be able to read blueprints, have basic knowledge of
machining, use basic trigonometry, and utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and Power
Point; possess strong communication skills both written and spoken.
