Tasks
1) Assess needs and requests from other departments and
customers for analysis and calibrations to be completed. Schedule the workload
of QA Technicians
2) Monitor the lab resources and make recommendations for utilizing and adding resources. Will perform analysis as demand dictates.
3) Monitor maintenance of lab equipment assisting to troubleshoot problems and failures to minimize impact on schedules.
4) Requisition, monitor, and control all lab supplies needed including the submission of requisitions for approval.
5) Using periodic audits, assure that controls charts are used within existing processes to maintain accurate results.
6) Maintain familiarization with all lab procedures, maintain certifications and complete special projects assigned by the Lab Supervisor.

Requirements
Chemistry/Chemical Engineering Degree preferred with 2-5
years of experience in discipline.
