Smith is looking for two interns in our IT Department located in our
Global Customer Center in Pittsburgh, PA. These internships will be long
term and ideally last over the duration of a student’s junior and
senior year in college. One position is for our IT Help Desk and the
other is for our Deskside Support Team. The individuals chosen will
spend time working on both teams to learn our IT Helpdesk protocols and
Deskside Support responsibilities. We will consider students from all
majors who have a desire to develop a career path in technology.
The requirements to be considered for these positions are:
• A Sophomore or Junior in college
