Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Web Category Specialist is responsible for the execution of all visual merchandising and user experience as it relates to finding and selecting products on GNC.com . This position will be responsible multiple categories/channels within the GNC.com web store and will work to ensure that all aspects of the user experience is customized to each category

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Manage and optimize the user experience on GNC.com as it relates to finding and selecting products
* Manage the process of product attribution, taxonomic maintenance and product classification to ensure a customer centric shopping experience.
* Work with Merchant and Marketing teams to support ongoing promo set up and landing page creation using GSI Commerce web tools.
* Partner with other members of the e-Commerce team to optimize the site search experience.
* Work with Web analysis/optimization team to determine and execute ongoing web site testing.
* Work with product content and merchant teams to ensure product content/imagery are up to date and accurate.

Job Specifications:

Minimum

* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business or related field and 2+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred

* Previous experience in e-Commerce or web merchandising.

Skills and Abilities

* Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
* Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

* Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
