Management Trainee is the starting Point - but

THE EDUCATION DOESN’T END WHEN YOU BEGIN.
Your
training continues in a hands-on working environment where you’ll learn
all aspects of the business. It’s a fast-paced, comprehensive
experience that will prepare you to run your own branch… and beyond.
It
begins with full immersion in our philosophy and an understanding of
your career potential at Enterprise. You’ll take part in local
orientation and training sessions that cover everything from financials
and sales techniques to operations management and marketing.
You’ll
be assigned to a local branch close to where you live. Here, you’ll
work with your Branch Manager and co-workers to run a successful
operation. You’ll also work with individual customers, but over time,
you’ll begin to build relationships with local business partners. With a
support system that includes leaders and mentors who have been in your
shoes, you won’t be on your own. This is where teamwork and support
take on a whole new meaning.
Throughout
your training, we’ll regularly test your skills to help you qualify for
a promotion. You’ll also attend monthly meetings with your manager to
set and track your goals, and conduct formal performance reviews to help
you stay on the fast track. This is the training we are known for and
the king of training that will help you GO.
