Job Description: "The Implementation
Support Specialist provides professional services to our customers to ensure
the accurate and timely implementation of our solution. This position is responsible for supporting
TrueCommerce customers during the deployment process and assisting TrueCommerce
Implementation Analysts & Specialists in executing quality on-time
go-lives. Primary duties include organizing, coordinating and completing
project tasks as it relates to the application software, as well as training
customers in the use of the product and the overall application.
Job Responsibilities
Include:
• Serve
as a point of contact during the Deployment Cycle for the customer
• Serve as a project coordinator,
assisting the Implementation Analysts and Specialists with customer follow- up,
project updates, and other administrative duties
• Insure
Implementation Analyst is informed of any issues or challenges in project
progress
• Answers
the Implementation Phone line
• Complete
assigned tasks including, but not limited to:
o Add-On
Transactions
o Recertification/Retesting
of Trading Partner Documents
o Validating
Test Data
o Label
Set-Up
o Software
Installation and Troubleshooting
o Trading
Partner Testing
o Portal
Testing
o Initial
Software Installation of Transaction Manager
• Advise
customer on creating and sending both EDI test transactions and barcode labels
• Analyze EDI transaction test results
and advise the customer and/or Implementation Analyst on steps required to
overcome trading partner objections and to fulfill testing requirements
• Assist
in basic integration tasks
• Software
Training
o Provide
customer overview of features of TrueCommerce product suite and the Customer
Center
o Assist
customer with completion of integration tables within TrueCommerce product
suite
• Work
with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
o Identify
and communicate software and mapping issues to Trading Partner team
o Identify
and communicate software issues to Implementation Analyst/Specialist
o Recognize
and document troubleshooting processes and SOP’s uncovered during the
Deployment cycle"
Requirements:
• Excellent
listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and
customer empathy skills. Must be able to exercise sound judgment in any
customer service scenario.
• Strong
organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
• 1+
years client services, computer support/service, or call center experience
preferred
• Ability to quickly learn, analyze,
and resolve simple to complex issues related to in-house applications and
products.
• Must
possess the ability to interpret technical requirements.
• Ability
to enthusiastically work and learn independently and with a team.
• Experience
with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Operating Systems, Internet applications.
• Willingness
and ability to exceed goals.
• Willingness
to work a flexible shift between 8am - 7pm.
• Willingness
to dedicate extra effort beyond standard working hours."
