 Title:                       Marketing Coordinator- Angora Gardens (NEW)                                

Employment Status:           Regular     Contract      Full-time      Part-time

Regular Hours Worked:         20 hrs/week         Exempt       Non-Exempt

Description of Duties:
Ø  Marketing responsibilities:
·         Develop marketing literature, ensuring valid, current and accurate content.
·         Participate in the design and maintenance of the organization website regarding Angora Gardens:  up-to-date pictures; announcements; events, etc. and keep events and workers/volunteer lists updated.
·         Design, implement and conduct plans to market events and products.
·         Plan and implement marketing and public relations programs to increase community awareness regarding the Angora Gardens site. (i.e. develop and make presentations of Angora Gardens products and services to current and potential clients).
·         Maintains database of marketing contacts (i.e., corporations, media, advertising, caterers, etc).
·         Conduct market research of similar venues and services.
Ø  Sales responsibilities:
·         Prepare and execute sales action plans and strategies.
·         Generate leads and qualify potential leads.
·         Source and develop client referrals; place sales calls to new and existing clients.
·         Negotiate with potential clients; develop sales proposals, present sales contracts.
·         Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports and presents to management.
·         Perform quality checks on site, products and service delivery.
·         Issues satisfaction surveys; analyzes data to suggest improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:      
Ø  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field; or equivalent years of experience in sales and marketing.
Ø  Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook, Powerpoint.
Ø  Proven ability to sale and generate revenue.
Ø  Must be able to work independently and part of a team.
Ø  Excellent customer service skills.
Ø  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills needed to effectively interact with all internal and external
Ø  customers required.
Ø  Act 33/34 Clearances.
Ø  Valid PA Driver’s license .

Salary:                       Commensurate with experience
