Requirements of the Role:
-2+ years Customer Service with 1+ year Financial Services experience
required -1 year of default mortgage servicing experience preferred
-Strong customer service skills -Must have the ability to establish and
cultivate long-term relationships with customers -Strong communication
and influencing skills that allows the successful applicant candidate to
effectively communicate adverse decisions Hours First Shift: 9:00 AM -
6:00 PM Second Shift: 3:30 PM - midnight
