- Requires a background in science or engineering. 

- Must have a desire to do marketing and sales. 

- Requires travel, phone, and e-mail contacting. 

- Position involves calling on university contacts, engineering firms, and research facilities. 

- Leaving and presenting literature on products we sell and service. 

- Sometimes instead of selling products we will be selling services and service contracts, calibration, and reagents for analytical test equipment.
