Penn State's Division of Development and Alumni Relations is excited to be offering full-time, paid internships this summer to students or recent graduates interested in learning more about fundraising and nonprofit work. There is a strong focus on personal and professional development and past interns consider the internship to be the "ultimate Penn State experience" because of the opportunity to give back to the University through meaningful work.
The program is entering its seventh year and has been very successful to-date, with more than 50% of the internships graduates in non-profit positions across the country and at Penn State.
As an intern in Penn State's Division of Development and Alumni Relations you can play an integral role in one of the most respected and successful fundraising operations in the country.
- Eleven-week paid program running from May 18 - July 31
- Exposure to higher education, nonprofit organizations, and fundraising
- Interaction with donors and senior leadership
- Targeted personal and professional development
- Learn about a meaningful career in philanthropy through hands-on experience
