has internship opportunity in the Human Resources Department located in Pittsburgh,
PA. This position is open to all
candidates with the following qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university with a major or minor in Human Resource Management
Knowledge/Abilities/Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good computer skills (MS Word and Excel)
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Good typing skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to speak and hear
- Ability to sit for long periods of time

- Self-starterResponsibilities:
- Attend Employee Recognition, Wellness and Fundraising meetings
- Assist in coordination of employee events
- Assist in the applicant tracking and phone interviewing process
- Work on special projects including wellness program, benefits open enrollment, EEOC requirement tracking, etc.
- Perform miscellaneous administrative duties including writing letters and answering phones
