Position: Trust Administrator I
Qualifications:
Equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences,
Counseling, or related degree with one to three years
experience in the Social Services field. Case management
experience preferred. Knowledge of services in the Mental
Health, Intellectual Disabilities, and Physical Disabilities
delivery systems is essential. Knowledge of government
benefits desired. Excellent interpersonal skills necessary.
Computer skills required. Demonstrated ability to
understand and apply financial and legal concepts to
individual and family situations. Must meet Act 33 and 34
requirements. Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License and
properly insured vehicle for daily use.
Responsibilities:
Provides basic consultation and support services to trust
beneficiaries and their families. Through direct contact with
beneficiaries, advocates for and educates regarding
support plans that maximize all resources available to the
person. Identifies community resources that can provide
contracted services with funds in the trust. Meets with
potential beneficiaries, families, and attorneys to provide
information on special needs trusts. Arranges for
appropriate support services to be paid for through use of
funds in trust. Maintains files and written case notes as
appropriate for trust beneficiaries. Makes presentations to
interested groups to provide information on special needs
trusts.
Hours: Full Time

Position: Trust Assistant
Qualifications:
Equivalent of an Associate’s degree in Social Sciences,
Counseling with at least one year of experience in the
disabilities field. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Basic working
knowledge of government services that support persons
with disabilities. Computer skills required prior knowledge of
system report management. Excellent interpersonal skills
necessary. Must have or be willing to obtain certification as
a notary. Must meet Act 33 and 34 requirements. Valid
Pennsylvania Driver’s License and properly insured vehicle
available for daily use.
Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to the entire team at
ACHIEVA Family Trust by coordinating communications
with potential and current trust beneficiaries and their
professional representatives. Acts as first point of contact
with clients and their representatives who contact ACHIEVA
Family Trust. Arranges and prepares for Board events.
Attends Board meetings and prepares meeting minutes.
Performs notary services for various trust transactions.

Position: Employment Supports Facilitator
Qualifications:
Equivalent of Bachelor’s degree in human services or
related field and at least three years of experience in the
employment of people with disabilities. Masters degree
preferred. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of
the needs of people with disabilities in the working
community as well as an understanding of the needs of the
business community. Excellent interpersonal skills and
computer skills necessary. Valid driver’s license to drive in
the state of Pennsylvania and properly insured vehicle
available for daily use. Satisfactory Act 33, 34 and FBI
clearances required.
Responsibilities:
Acts as a liaison with Giant Eagle to create and promote
opportunities for individuals with various disabilities to
become productive employees and contributors to the
corporate mission. Identifies technology and adaptations
that will assist people with disabilities. Develops and
implements community outreach initiatives to promote
employment of people with disabilities. Travels to various
corporate locations.
