We are currently
looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our team. Primary duties
include:
• Assist service technicians, sales consultants and in-house employees on correct operation and technical aspects of residential alarm systems
• Support dealer accounts, subcontractors, and customers
• Provides answers to users by identifying problems, researching answers and guiding individuals through corrective steps.
• Remotely program security equipment
• Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct system diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support.
• Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities.
• Assist customers to troubleshoot their alarm system and answer user inquiries regarding system operation to resolve problems
**Must have previous security industry experience with alarm systems**
