I. Position purpose / scope:
A marketing internship that encompasses advertising, promotional and entertainment functions.
SYNOPSIS OF DUTIES/AUTHORITY AND SUPERVISORY CAPACITY:
o Assist with opening creative briefs
o Update of trafficking reports
o Merchandising the gaming floor
o Involved in status meetings with Agencies
o Assist with building pro and post formas
o Build promotion notices, puzzles and other employee awareness tools
o Assist with concert ticket reconciliation on a weekly basis
o Meet and greet lounge entertainment
o Compose and mail acceptance and regret letters to prospective entertainers
o Assist customer service build a letter library and expedited response system
o Assist in sourcing promotional gifts
o Assist with managing extra-board ushers
o Help organize comp and will call tickets
o Assist with concert set up and tear down
o Any other assigned duties and responsibilities

o Ability to read, analyze and interpret computer screens and player tracking.
o Ability to effectively present information clearly and describe casino programs and promotions to customers.
o Proficiency in basic mathematical skills.
o Has working knowledge of policy and procedures and PGCB MICS.
o Must be 21 years of age.
Non-essential:
o Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
III. Physical requirements:
Essential:
o Specific vision abilities: close vision, distant vision, color, peripheral, depth. perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
o Must be able to work in a typical casino environment.
