We have recently been forwarded a position for a technician with SnapRetail. A position description hasn't been formalized but was described as a typical helpdesk/phone/remote access support position to help support ~350 sales reps in the field and ~70 people working in the office. They are looking for a recent or soon-to-be graduate.
