Brief Description

Responsible for day to day support of users in e Commerce group including customers, suppliers, and branches. Provides customer support on all users of supported technologies to enable adoption and growth of electronic ordering channels. Provides level 1 technology support to ensure proper documentation and process is followed, and to ensure quick and acceptable resolutions for users.

EXPERIENCE:
EDI/E-Business support - 1 year required; 3 years preferred
SQL querying - 1 year required; 3 years preferred
Customer service support - 1 year required; 3 years preferred
EDUCATION:
Associates’ Degree required, Bachelors’ Degree preferred
