Purpose:
The Research Specialist includes contacting participants, phone screening, following up with participants keeping documents organized in the lab - visit checklists/paperwork documents that keep track of participants and their visit notes; running the study visits - scheduling the participant, greeting them, consenting, etc.; help with data analysis. Experience conducting fMRI research and using Matlab preferred.
This position is grant funded.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with data analysis. Experience conducting fMRI research and using Matlab preferred.
- Collaborate with senior research personnel regarding recruitment, data collection, outcomes of interviews, reports according to the needs of the study.
- Conducts follow up with participants, keeping documents organized in the lab visit checklists/paperwork, documents that keep track of participants and their visit notes
- Contacts participants and performs phone screening.
- Independently execute job functions for research protocol(s) including recruitment, scheduling appointments, obtaining written consent forms, collecting data by conducting phone or face to face interviews for research project(s).
