Join the excitement of a dynamic company committed to providing exceptional neurological rehabilitation to adult brain injury survivors!  ReMed is a growing organization dedicated to excellence, honesty and ethics in the treatment of our clients and each other.  For 30 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with mild to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries.  We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.  Our CARF accredited, post acute residential, vocational and outpatient programs are offered in the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh regions of Pennsylvania.
 
We are actively recruiting for the following two positions for our Pittsburgh area program:

services-remed 
Full-Time Salaried Rehabilitation Case Manager for our short-term residential program located in O'Hara Township. This position is responsible for ensuring the implementation of the clients’ treatment plan(s), from admission through discharge and follow-up.  
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree along with case management and health care industry experience is required.  A master’s degree and CRC or CCM designation is preferred


Full-time Salaried Counselor with substance abuse experience. 
This position would see clients in our outpatient and residential programs located in Pittsburgh, Fox Chapel, Shadyside and Gibsonia.  Counseling facilitates personal and interpersonal functioning across the lifespan with a focus on emotional, social, health related and developmental concerns. 
Requirements: A master's degree from an accredited institution in psychology, counseling or social work along with a Pennsylvania license to provide psychological counseling services is required.   Substance abuse counseling is also required.  Knowledge of neuropsychology, behavior and cognitive therapy techniques is also desired.  Experience working with families and working within a team approach system is preferred.  Excellent planning organizational, writing, and time management skills are required.  The ability to communicate with families, professionals and coworkers is a must.


New employees must be able to attend a paid week-long New Employee Training at our Administrative Office in Paoli, PA (approximately 30 minutes west of Philadelphia) within the first 4-6 weeks after hire.
