Essential Duties:
- Collaborate with IT staff to deploy standardized support practices and procedures related to TRNet Hub functions
- Responsible for project management in the TRNet Hub including allocating tasks, controlling project scope, managing crises, and effectively communicating with various stakeholders.
- Implement and manage TRNet Operational plans as provided
- Compare current data to prior data to understand trends and the impact of operational changes
- Formulate and implement organizational policies and procedures to maximize TRNet output
- Assist the TRNet Operations team in the review of significant difference between forecasted and actual growth
- Conduct testing with IT to correct and document malfunctions on all TRNet projects
- Participates in developing and executing training on implementation projects for internal and external customers
- Assist with the diagnosis of TRNet Hub problems such as data processing, file submissions from all carriers, application damage control and other issues, communicate those problems to the IT department and follow-up until they are resolved.
- Manage the phone, fax and other communication traffic in support of an efficient environment in the Partnership – TRNet department
- Create, adjust, and maintain communication tools, both manual and electronic, which promote ease of interaction between TRNet, terminal personnel and customer base in support of an efficient and seamless environment for internal and external customers
- Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
