Interns Needed for Local Manufacturers

Starrr Products is veteran owned manufacturer of a wide range of rigging products based in Butler Pennsylvania. Our customers range from walk-ins at our store/website all the way up to the U.S. Military, supporting their efforts around the world including Iraq. We also manufacture a large variety of webbing based products, such as Nylon slings in 1 to 12-inch widths, up to 4-ply thickness, axle straps in any size, and towing products, harnesses and so forth. We use all domestic webbing purchased out of South Carolina and our hardware has the highest quality rating in the industry. We also make special order lifting and towing products to customers' specifications provided those specifications meet safety standards. We also manufacture ratchet tie downs, chain and chain slings, and offer bridles, shackles, load binders, ratchet binders, towing products, motorcycle and recreational tie downs, wire rope and Aircraft Cable. We are currently seeking a Web Development Intern.  The summer intern would work with our various websites for upgrading our listings and improvement in internet traffic.  Another of our websites is needing a total revision.  The primary skill required is HTML programming and a strong sense of marketing/web-development methodologies.  Qualified candidates should be pursuing a degree in a related web-design course of study and provide a portfolio of their work.
