Customer Service Rep - Menasha Packaging

I have several job descriptions for degreed graduates…Buyer, Customer Service Rep and Program Coordinator.  (Customer Service Rep does not require a degree, but it is preferred.)  We also would have an interest in graduates of the Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology program.  These grads could fit into Production and Maintenance Management training positions.  We would also consider intern programs in that degree area.

Customer Service Representative - Position Summary
To build and maintain exceptional customer relationships by providing effective and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may be responsible for some or all of these duties, however, it is not an exclusive or all-inclusive list.  Other duties may be assigned.
1.              Maintain a positive relationship with all internal and external contacts, constantly display a positive, upbeat attitude and maintain a strong customer focus at all times.
2.              Receive and expedite quotation requests for new and repeat items.
3.              Receive, process and expedite orders, order changes, and order inquires.
4.              Assist in monitoring customer orders through the production process, ensuring that orders meet customer requirements and delivery dates.  Notify Customer Service Manager if any problems occur.
5.              Provide the customer with prices and production feasibility for new and inactive items.
6.              Assist in receiving and processing credits/complaints in a professional and timely manner.
7.              All other miscellaneous duties that may be assigned.

·                                                    Computer skills including Microsoft Office and BVP.
·                                                    Basic typing and computer input skills for order entry.

·                                                    Excellent organizational skills.
·                                                    Detail oriented.

Other Requirements (Education, experience, technical knowledge)

· High school diploma or equivalent.  Post-secondary education preferred.
· Six months to one year minimum of previous customer service or related experience.
· General knowledge of corrugated fibreboard specification, terminology and container styles.
