Girl Scouts Western Pennsylvania Is Seeking A Grants Manager
Grants Manager
Reports to:
Director, Fund Development
Hours:  Monday - Friday
Full-time - 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
General Statement of Duties:
Responsible for research, coordination and writing of all grant proposals; Manage and monitor grant reports and program compliance materials;
Essential Functions:
<![if !supportLists]>·         <![endif]>Researches, coordinates, writes and finalizes grant proposals, reports,
and program compliance materials, and submits them in a timely fashion.
<![if !supportLists]>·         <![endif]>Monitors grant and funding deadlines and communicates reporting requirements to relevant program staff.
<![if !supportLists]>·         <![endif]>Maintains orderly electronic and hard files related to grants management.
<![if !supportLists]>·         <![endif]>Researches potential funding sources.
<![if !supportLists]>·         <![endif]>Maintains and updates organizational materials included in proposals and reports.
<![if !supportLists]>·         <![endif]>Works with the Director of Fund Development in assessing funding requirements in support of anticipated programming and operational needs.
<![if !supportLists]>·         <![endif]>Assists in proofreading correspondence and other development-related written materials.
<![if !supportLists]>·         <![endif]>Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree and two years experience in non-profit grant writing and coordination required; ability to work well with others to gather required information and knowledge is essential.  Demonstrated experience analyzing budget information; strong working knowledge of all MS Office applications and proficiency in conducting internet-based research.  EOE
