RETAIL MARKETING SPECIALIST – Full Time
Location: Retail Operations Center, North VersaillesEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years in marketing, communications or retail; non-profit experience preferred; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferred experience using Adobe Creative Suite
Compensation: $30,000-33,000 based on experience.
Travel Required: Yes
Summary: The Retail Marketing Specialist is a marketing support position for the Retail Division of Goodwill SWPA. The position is responsible for supporting retail marketing and personnel recruiting efforts; maintenance of brand and retail standards in all retail locations, including coordinating signage and marketing needs in all new retail locations; and developing and maintaining relationships with key division personnel. This position must be able to work independently, multi-task and must be self-motivated, goal oriented and a team player. This position will also have excellent problem-solving skills and exceptional writing, speaking and communications skills. Must have reliable transportation.
