The Westmoreland County Housing Authority (WCHA) has been providing internship opportunities to PSNK IST students for several years. Many IST students have completed their internship requirement with the WCHA.
The internship position is once again available. The intern will be maintaining computer labs consisting of networked personal computers and providing on-going computer training for the residents. You would be required to travel to the three sites : Lower Burrell, Greensburg, and Monessen. Periodically, you will assist the systems administrator of the housing authority in other IT related task.
The internship will be supervised by Randy Boggs, systems administrator with Westmoreland County Housing Authority.
WCHA will provide compensation designed to cover your travel expenses for this internship. The Westmoreland County Housing Authority would like the intern to begin soon.
