The graduate rotation program is designed to maximize the new graduate’s exposure to Power Conversion business’s, processes, and engineering activities. Upon completion of the 12-month program, the graduate will possess a broad knowledge of these areas, which acts as an excellent basis for a career in the field services team, where the expected travel requirement may be up to 90%. During the rotation program graduate engineers could have the opportunity to work in different departments including design engineering or field services. The graduate engineers may also be asked to spend a portion of the rotational program working in other departments such as manufacturing, project management and/or advanced concepts. At the conclusion of each rotation an assessment will occur.
