A research assistant position is available in Prof. Keith Cook’s lab group in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the execution and analysis of physiologic studies on laboratory animals. This includes anesthesia, peri- and post-operative animal care, data collection, and data analysis.
- Assisting with editing and submitting animal care and use protocols.
- Acclimating new students to the laboratory, including completion of all paperwork and training requirements.
