Nursing Recruiter


The STAR Recruiter will be responsible for total branch performance in accordance with company policy and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have the following skill set:
– Strong Recruiting Skills
– Staffing Background (Medical Preferred)
– Capable of staying within budgets
– Hunter Mentality
– Driven
– Sales or Marketing Experience Preferred

Major Areas of Responsibility:
-Drive growth through recruitment of Registered Nurses across the country
-Responsible for full recruiting cycle for each nurse (Initial Contact to Placement)
-Maintain and log each contact into CRM
-Actively source for new candidates
-Resolve problems and complaints as they arise
-Oversee book of business as it pertains to candidates
-Maintain communication between other branch offices
-Maintain and handle confidential information in a professional manner
