As

quick delivery.
Job
duties will include assembly, plumbing and wiring of equipment, including the
testing, debugging, installation of the equipment in the customer’s
facility. Duties also include performing
preventive maintenance and field service on equipment and robots, providing
warranty support (programming and troubleshooting issues) over the phone and in
the field, providing training to customers, and documenting work that was
performed. With experience and training,
the position will include programming of vision systems and developing 3-D
simulations of automation systems.
Position requires considerable travel (50% of the job)
Job
requirements:
1.
Minimum education- 2 year technical degree in Automation Maintenance,
Electrical Technology,
Mechanical Technology or other engineering related field.
2. Two
years’ experience preferred in robot programming (FANUC), factory automation
maintenance or
electrical control
systems preferred.
3.
Experience with assembling, plumbing, and wiring precision equipment.
4.
Ability to read and interpret prints and electrical schematics.
5.
Experience programming PLCs.
6.
Experience with pneumatic and control circuitry.
7.
Experience with machine vision systems is a plus.
8.
Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.) and specific
software for programming
systems.
9.
Ability to interact smoothly and communicate clearly with management, sales,
and customers.
