Description	This internship position will participate as a valuable member of the engineering team at the Airport Authority. Candidate will participate in projects within the professional field and office civil and electrical engineering work, environmental systems and controls and capital improvement projects as related to the operation of the Pittsburgh International Airport and the Allegheny County Airport. • Participate in field inspections to ensure compliance with design drawings and specifications. • Provide field inspection reports to document construction activities. • Review submittals and shop drawings to ensure compliance with the contract documents. • Participate in bid tabulation, award document preparation, agreement document preparation and contract close-out document review.
