Overview of Role:
o All steps associated with recruiting IT Professionals for specific positions i.e. phone and face to face interviews, internet sourcing, attend job fairs and networking events
o Create and maintain collaborative relationships with candidates
o Work closely with Oxford Account Executives and client contacts
o Do pre-interviews and post-interviews with candidates
o Perform reference checks
o Post concise job opportunities on job boards
o Produce great referrals and competitor leads
o Negotiate wages with candidates
o Extend job offers and facilitate placements
