Who you'll hear from & their areas of expertise
Jack Scalo, President of Burns & Scalo, has prospered and grown the B&S Roofing/ Specialty Contracting Services to employ over 200 Team Members across three states. Jack is the second generation of the Burns and Scalo leaders and plans to continue to grow his business with a veteran friendly approach, his initiative on triple wallet share, and his sense of corporate social responsibility.
Julie Booth, Human Resources Director, works directly to grow the field staff through numerous recruiting efforts, creating partnerships, and has been instrumental in initiating a Veteran friendly workplace.
Bill Ludwig, VP of Operations, is an expert on the skills required of any field employee who wishes to obtain positions within our career ladders. He utilizes the skill sets of the employees to create the best fit for our GI Bill Apprenticeship program.
Mike Carnahan, Scalo Solar, provides the company with financial and sustainable models for our customers. His
sustainability advancements contributes to Scalo Solar being a leader in this movement for green, vegetative, and energy efficient roofing technologies.
TJ Willetts, Marketing Director, is constantly involved in our technological and customer service advancements, transforming our services with innovative ideas and equipment.
