CAMPUS RECRUITER (PITTSBURGH, PA)

Job: Campus Recruiter (Full Time, Pittsburgh) in Pittsburgh, PA

As a Recruiter, you will be working on the Campus Recruiting team within the Talent Acquisition area of Corporate Human Resources, reporting to the Recruiting Manager. You will be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and recruiting functions for entry-level undergraduate and graduate roles within a specific Line of Business (LOB).  You will enjoy a high level of candidate and university/college interaction filled with both routine and unexpected challenges.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with target colleges and universities' career centers contacts, as well as key campus clubs and organizations. You will work with the LOB Recruiting Manager to develop a recruiting strategy and utilize identified recruiting techniques necessary to ensure their planning and staffing goals are met. You will support the implementation of various initiatives including diversity, campus brand/marketing efforts and recruiting training.  You will be responsible for planning, organizing and advertising campus events including all event logistics. You will be accountable for gathering and keeping abreast of competitive information, attending campus events and participating in the internship program as needed.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Excellent organization and communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
Proactive, resourceful; a self-starter
Detail-oriented and results-driven
Ability to multi-task; high sense of urgency
Technical competence with database management software, word processing software and Lotus Notes preferred.
