Behavioral Specialist Consultant (BSC)
Masters level mental health professional who consults and collaborates with all members of the treatment team.​ The BSC maintains clinical oversight of the case, including development of the treatment plan, clinical programming and mentoring the MT and TSS.​
Applicants must have a Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Special Education or other human      service fields.​
Mobile Therapist (MT)
Masters level mental health professional provides individual therapy for the consumer.​
 Applicants must have a Masters Degree in Counseling or a Masters degree in a Human Service Field.

Therapeutic Support Staff (TSS)
Provide one-on-one interventions under the direct supervision of a Masters therapist.
Applicants must have a Bachelors Degree in:  Counseling, Criminology, Education, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work or other
Human Service Field.  Other Bachelor Degrees may be accepted with one year of paid experience working with children.
Associate’s Degree, sixty credits towards a Bachelor’s Degree or an LPN with the equivalent of at least one year of full-time paid childcare experience also accepted

Located in Gateway Center in downtown Pittsburgh, PA, E. R. Munro and Company and the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries (PAN) are looking to offer a paid summer internship to assist the IT department troubleshoot day-to-day hardware, software and network issues along with implementing certain 2012 projects.

Possible projects:
·         Utilize network tools to inventory, maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software
o   From these tools, develop an IT Help Desk Solution
·         Assist in researching and testing offsite backup and disaster recovery
o   Using VMware software and Dell Equalogic devices
·         Network and Security analysis
o   Map, locate, propose and diagnose network points of concern
·         Research, propose and implement wireless technologies using the latest best practices and security methods
·         Research database migration options
·         Support development of a Chat/Knowledgebase system with emphasis on integration of applications

Required
·         Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, preferably Windows 7
·         Microsoft Office, preferably Office 2010
·         Basic troubleshooting of hardware, software and network devices

Duration:
Start Date: May 11, 2012
End Date: August 17, 2012
*Start and End Dates are negotiable; however a minimum of 300 hours is required.

Hours:
M-F: 8:30 AM – 4:45 PM
*A workweek is 36.25 hours.

Silgan IPEC supplies hundreds of customers from prominent fluid milk processors and water and juice bottlers to smaller family-owned operations. Our primary business is divided into four main industry segments: dairy, water, juice and custom-design. We have built our Company from our Technical Service Team to our Customer Service Department to have specialized knowledge in these segments in order to address most effectively our customer demands.

Internship project description: The intern will work within our QA department to assist in reducing process non-conformances, customer complaints and product returns through system execution, as well as direct involvement in continuous improvement project initiatives.  This will include performing routine inspections, tests and evaluations of finished product and raw materials.  Training will be provided to allow the intern to learn about our business and culture, as well as understand our quality management system and how the quality functions adds value to the organization.          

Proposed internship project goals, objectives, outcomes:      Assigned work and projects will be completed under the direction of the Plant QA Manager through interaction with plant employees and plant management.  The primary objectives are associated with the reduction of process non-conformances, customer complaints and product returns, however, this position will also provide support in preparing the plant for SQF (Safe Quality Food) code compliance through involvement on the HACCP/Food Safety team.

Type of student sought:  Academic focus pertinent to manufacturing operations, engineering, business or related field of study.  Willingness to work on the production floor in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams is essential.  Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles or operations management is beneficial, but not necessary.

Kenson is a custom thermoformer located in Warrendale. (north of Pittsburgh)  As a premier designer and manufacturer of precision pressure-formed plastics since 1972, we specialize in engineered plastic components and enclosures primarily for the medical and electronic industries. Our cost-effective solutions combine pressure-forming, complex machining and unsurpassed finish work to meet the most exacting engineering and aesthetic requirements.   • Multimedia / creative content student with at least 3 years of studies from an accredited institute of higher learning completed
  • Expected: Knowledge of the basics of light and dark, lighting and shading, photography, illustration, film, video editing, graphics, storyboarding, Adobe Creative Suite, which includes Photoshop, Illustrator, etc., and other multimedia formats and tools

Internship project description:
This is an excellent creative internship opportunity for the right student.  The intern would be working with the Marketing Manager to assist in the development of communication with sales leads and brand awareness for the company.

Qualifications include:
Sales & Marketing background.  Mechanical Engineering background a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, customer service experience, webmaster skills and knowledge of sales and marketing.  Ability to be creative and provide original ideas are definitely a plus.

To grow company sales via communication with potential leads.  Expand company brand awareness with Online Marketing projects.

Schedule:
