RMPC Services is recruiting for Direct Care Specialists for their Greensburg Group Home. Position Title: Direct Care Specialist

Reports to: TEAM LEAD, PROGRAM SPECIALIST

Reporting to this position:  N/A

All Direct Care staff start at $11/hr. We are hiring for the following shifts: Part-Time and PRN

 

We function as a professional team that cares and shares responsibilities where needed.

Requirements: 

1. Promote the Mission and Vision of RMPC Services, LLC
2. 18 years of age
3. High School diploma
4. Prefer person(s) who have experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, training will be provided
5. Strong organizational skills interpersonal skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Must be able to work flexible hours and meet Act 33/34 clearances.
7. Physical examination/ TB requirements
8. Possess a valid driver’s license

Must have identifications for tax documentation (W4, I-9) Must have current physical and TB test.
