Roundhouse Recruiting is currently seeking entry level Land Surveyor’s/Rodman for an outstanding opportunity with an established civil engineering firm in Bridgeville. Selected candidate will assist with survey engineering work in the field. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Assists in field layout and measurement
· Prepare base maps
· Prepare and drive stakes
· Perform standard calculations to determine elevation, areas and volumes from field survey notes
· Maintain survey equipment used and keep survey truck stocked with necessary supplies and tools
Position Requirements:
· Associate’s Degree in Surveying or related field
· Familiar with construction/survey industry
· Ability to perform basic calculations from field note data
· Demonstrate basic understanding of survey applications
· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
· Must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions and travel as needed
