• Support Ultiva brand
growth and development through development of tactical programs that will influence
brand growth directly with customers and influencers.
a. Conduct research with
customers and internal stakeholders regarding gaps in the brand’s
tactical plan. b. Develop tactical program that address the need for clinician training and protocols.
c. Collect feedback from various clinician disciples to ensure level of training is acceptable.
d. Devise a best in class collateral strategy to ensure effective brand messaging and proper
product positioning taking into account high value procedures and customer targets.
e. Collaborate with training department on an effective roll out of tools to increase sales
effectiveness.
f. Align tactical projects with targeting data that drives the focus on the business to ensure
executional focus is spent in the highest return on investment areas.

position:
• Must possess knowledge
of marketing fundamentals such as marketing mix, marketing strategy, segmenting,
targeting, and positioning.
• Must possess an ability
to analyze data such as market research and combine with experiences gained in
the field to come to insightful conclusions and execute against a
self-developed plan.• The successful candidate will be currently enrolled in an accredited college for their Masters
in Business, or a related field of study. A minimum 3.0 GPA is strongly preferred. However, a
combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
