HCP Marketing Intern – EpiPen® Auto-Injector

Here’s how this role will help:

  • Support initiatives including,
    • Support development of annual strategic and tactical plan for EpiPen® Auto-Injector
    • Support key tactical initiatives:
o Non-Personal Promotions
o Field force tactics (e.g. selling materials)
o Trade related tactics (e.g. pharmacy initiatives
o Other key tactics TBD
    • Liaise with cross-functional team members to build understanding of business and various department’s roles into the planning and execution process (e.g. MARC, Sales, Managed Markets, Finance, etc.)
    • Conduct field ride to understand selling dynamics
    • Understand key market research and provide recommendations for future research
    • Understand Financial metrics

·         Must possess knowledge of marketing, planning, analysis, teamwork and ability to execute
·         Candidate must possess:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
    • Some project management expertise and budgeting skills
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills
    • Ability to manage a heavy workload consistent with a flagship brand
    • Ability to work effectively with a cross functional team
o    Strong leadership skills, strong interpersonal and people management skills
o    Capability for future career growth important
o    Ability to plan, analyze, execute, present and work in team settings
